Classes
This year there were expanded course offerings covering a wider range of topics designed to address the specific needs of all types of users including estimators, project managers, IT administrators, field personnel, and dispatchers. A new Executive Series consisting of classes such as Extraordinary Leadership, Change Management, and more offered new insight for owners and managers.

HCSS Welcome Reception
On Thursday evening, HCSS hosted a happy hour for all User's Group Meeting attendees and their guests to kick off the meeting.

Friday Evening Roundtables and Happy Hour
On Friday evening, customers had the opportunity to meet one-on-one with HCSS staff to discuss any ideas, thoughts, or questions they might have regarding HCSS products.

Saturday General Meeting
During Saturday’s general meeting, customers had the opportunity to offer their input on the future direction of HCSS. One of the many repeat comments we’ve heard over the years is how much customers appreciate the chance to speak directly with HCSS programmers and members of the management team, including president Mike Rydin.

HCSS All-Star Experience
The HCSS All-Star Experience on Saturday night ended this year's User's Group Meetings with a bang! This year, a new sports theme was introduced. Customers and staff wore their favorite sports jerseys and competed in games like basketball, hockey, football, baseball, and many others. Casino tables were also offered to give the players a chance to rest their throwing arms!

"Early-Bird" Golf Tournament
Attendees at the 2007 User's Group Meeting who arrived early had the opportunity to participate in the HCSS "Early-Bird" Golf Tournament. This year the tournament was held at Tour 18, known for simulating the best 18 holes in America.
