Bill Hilton

An HCSS trainer since 1998, Bill's almost thirty years of experience in the construction industry shines through. Bill has worked in many capacities from Journeyman Concrete Finisher to Concrete Sales Manager to Chief Estimator and Vice President throughout his career. He also taught various business and accounting courses early on.

When he is not training for HCSS, Bill also performs independent consulting work for HeavyBid and HeavyJob users in California. He provides bid day support, activity codebook development and setup, DOT Biditem codebook setup for California, and HeavyJob codebook setup.

Bill holds a Master of Arts in Education from San Francisco State University, and a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Golden Gate University.

His construction knowledge coupled with a deep understanding of business and accounting have been assets to Bill's career. Add to that his interest in teaching, and you have a top-notch trainer.
