Bart Barrack

Bart has been working in the heavy/highway construction industry since 1979. He earned a bachelor's degree in Landscape Construction with a minor in Finance from Mississippi State University and a master's degree in Education from the University of Mississippi. His formal education also included advanced language training courses in Spain, Mexico, Ecuador, and the Dominican Republic. He served in the Peace Corps and is fluent in Spanish.

Bart has worked for several construction companies in Seattle and San Diego in various positions including operator, foreman, estimator, and project manager. Bart has estimated projects with and has trained over 120 HCSS clients since 1992. In addition, Bart is a professionally trained classroom teacher and has taught university level classes in construction management and estimating. Construction and teaching have always been the central themes of his career.
