Lee StillLee Still
Lee has been working in the Heavy/Highway construction industry for the past 30 years. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech, Construction Technology from the University of Missouri, and Biology from Truman State. He has estimated projects in every state except Maine and built projects nationwide. Lee was a Sergeant in the Airborne Infantry and served a tour of duty in Vietnam in 1969. He has worked for construction companies in virtually every capacity from foreman, to estimator, to general manager. Lee has been training with HCSS since 1989 and is also an HCSS shareholder.


Bart BarrackBart Barrack
Bart has been working in the heavy/highway construction industry since 1979. He earned a bachelor's degree in Landscape Construction with a minor in Finance from Mississippi State University and a master's degree in Education from the University of Mississippi. His formal education also included advanced language training courses in Spain, Mexico, Ecuador, and the Dominican Republic. He served in the Peace Corps and is fluent in Spanish.

Bart has worked for several construction companies in Seattle and San Diego in various positions including operator, foreman, estimator, and project manager. Bart has estimated projects with and has trained over 120 HCSS clients since 1992.


Pat HarkinsPat Harkins
Pat has worked in the Heavy/Highway industry for more than 30 years. He has held many different positions during his career including: Laborer, Construction Engineer, Estimator, Project Superintendent, Project Manager, Construction Division Manager, General Manager/CEO, and Construction Company Owner. In addition to training for HCSS, Pat specializes in Heavy/Highway engineering and consulting through his company Harkins Engineering, Inc.

Pat holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and is a licensed professional engineer in the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana.


Gary KercherGary Kercher
With nearly 30 years of experience in the Heavy/Highway industry, Gary has held various positions throughout his career. He currently is president of his own consulting company and has been a trainer with HCSS for over 10 years.


Joe LeopoldJoe Leopold
Joe came to HCSS after 15 years in the construction industry. His experience ranges from underground tunnel boring to heavy/highways, bridges, earthwork and utilities. He held positions as an estimator and project manager before starting his own construction consulting company specializing in software training. He has a bachelor's degree in Construction Management and a master's degree in Finance from the University of Akron.
