HCSS breaks the mold for software support. When calling in for support, you will never have to work through an automated phone tree, and will never sit on hold while waiting for the next available technician. Our goal is to answer every call in three rings or less and help you get back to work as quickly as possible. Our support department is the largest in the company, and works hard to be available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. At any time you may call support and reach one of our highly trained support technicians, who will be able to answer your questions immediately regarding any of our products. Often, we are able to help troubleshoot issues beyond the scope of our software as well.

When Mike Rydin founded HCSS in 1986, he recognized the importance of immediate help for time sensitive bids, pioneering the 24 hour instant support available today.
