Instantly Find Unused or Under Utilized Equipment

One of the biggest problems facing an Equipment Manager is when he needs a piece of equipment and no one is willing to give theirs up. With The Dispatcher, that is no longer an issue. Just search for the type of equipment you want and select “Show Utilization Data”. The Dispatcher will instantly calculate the utilization percentage for the last seven days. It can either read the data from HeavyJob, where the hours are reported on the timecard, or from GPS directly.

Find Equipment Not Reported on Timecard

The Dispatcher can also give you exception reporting. This allows you to look through all of your jobs and find those pieces of equipment that aren’t being reported on a HeavyJob timecard.

Track Equipment Status

The Dispatcher also gives you the ability to track equipment statuses and report on the duration of whether equipment was Available, Down, Working or any custom status that you choose.
