Field Safety Management

Safety history notes.

Instant communication between field and office.

The Field system has all the entry capabilities necessary on a job site. Field personnel can enter all their meeting, inspection, and incident information, and sync it with the office for instant review.

Notes can even be passed between the field and office for feedback. So once an inspection is completed, the safety manager can review and make notes that are immediately available in the field, while we keep a complete history of what was said.

No Internet on the job? No problem.

Chances are that there’s no tower out in the field. No tower, no Internet. No Internet, no communication, right?

No problem. Sure, the Safety Application’s manager and field components interact as one when connected via the Internet, but when a connection is not available, the Field system still works on its own. All the safety data collected in the field is simply stored, and the next time it’s connected to the Internet, it automatically syncs data with the Manager system.

So you don’t have to rely on the Internet to communicate with the field—we got you covered.

Safety Dashboard views.

Dashing dashboard.

With all the safety information they have to keep up with, sometimes it helps your field personnel to only see what’s important now and what needs to be addressed today. And that’s exactly what the Dashboard does. It provides a quick overview of important items for the day so everyone can stay focused in the field.

Everyone’s in the loop.

If correctable items are discovered on a job, they can be quickly recorded as pending issues. Anyone running the job can then view and edit whether these issues have been corrected, and note what corrective actions have been taken.

This keeps everyone in the loop—from the morning inspector, to the foreman, to the evening inspector—and urgent information never falls through the cracks.
