Determine a more accurate cost to complete for each cost code and the entire job. Accurately forecast your jobs at the individual cost type-level within each cost code. Play around with your crew resources to figure out a productive and cost-effective solution for the job.

Predict the results, and plan for them to become a reality.

Take your current time card, and then play what-if scenarios with it. Change the crew make-up or production rates. What’s the most efficient crew for the specific activities? Compare different crews side-by-side for a cost code—which is more effective?
