TrueUp with Your Accounting

TrueUp allows users to reconcile the data in their Accounting system with the data in HeavyJob. Detailed cost information can be compared by cost code in a job, then the Accounting data can be brought into HeavyJob so that HeavyJob matches the actual numbers. This process helps catch any possible errors and makes sure HeavyJob is using the most accurate cost information.

TrueUp also provides a reporting feature that allows the user to view a report for every job selected. This report will give all the cost type comparisons between HeavyJob and Accounting for every cost code in a selected job, giving you the option to look at lots of data in one report or print a hard copy.
