Track Safety

HeavyJob can easily track safety meetings and goals using its safety feature. This reduces time and paperwork, and it also keeps digital, searchable records for quick and simple storage.

You can automatically pull in your current crew to populate a safety meeting. Other employees can be added easily to the list in case someone that isn’t part of the crew attends the meeting. Also, you can require certain forms to be filled out for a meeting to be completed.

To save you from having to print these forms and to keep everything digital from start to finish, forms can be signed using the HCSS Signing Pad.

For companies that are required to have a certain number of meetings per year, or if they want to precisely track their safety programs, you can set safety goals that employees must reach per day/month/year. Employees and Pay Classes can be assigned to groups to easily manage and track their safety goals.
