Track Fuel

HeavyJob gives foremen the ability to track fuel directly from the time card. This saves double entry for FuelerPlus users, as this data can be directly imported into FuelerPlus.

When the Record Fuel screen is opened, the date, foreman, and all the equipment from the time card will automatically be populated. This requires the foreman to only enter the amount of fuel dispensed and meter readings for each piece of equipment.

The Fueler Entry screen also allows the foreman to track fuel transfers from container to container.

Importing this information back into FuelerPlus is a very simple process. When the time card is exported by a foreman, a separate file will also be created that can be imported into the FuelerPlus Office system and reported on from there. You can also aggregate fuel use for like pieces of equipment and then send that data to your HeavyBid estimating system as the fuel usage component of your equipment cost. If you are using Equpment360, you can even send your other equipment operating expenses directly over to HeavyBid.
