Prepare Billings

HCSS is dedicated to providing solutions that improve your business. With the built in Billing module, HeavyJob allows you to keep track of the work completed, approved quantities, disallowed quantities and previously paid quantities. It also allows you to print bills in AIA format, filling out all of the fields digitally, eliminating the need to edit the bill after you have prepared it in the system.

HeavyJob also handles your Time and Material (T&M) billing needs. Foremen can record any T&M work on their timecards, allowing them to designate which cost codes are T&M on the fly. This information can be extracted later in the office to create a special T&M bill in Excel.

Pay Items can be exported from HeavyBid and automatically appear in the job as you are getting it set up. The appropriate cost codes can then be linked to pay items, allowing you to choose which items drive billable quantities. Again, the export from HeavyBid will automatically create these links. HeavyJob also provides support for keeping track of retainage percentages and amounts and the value of stored materials.
