Export to Your Payroll Software

HeavyJob makes exporting to your payroll system a quick and easy process. Because the data has already been entered by foremen in the daily time cards, the export process eliminates double and triple entry. Since there are multiple levels of approval for each time card in HeavyJob, mistakes can be caught before the data is exported. There are also reports that can be viewed by payroll before the export as a final check to verify the accuracy of the information.

We have created interfaces for most major payroll systems. If we do not already have an interface (an export file) for your accounting package, we will create one for you at no additional cost. Setup is easy and will only need to be done one time.

HeavyJob gives you the ability to filter the data to be sent in many different ways. You can select a date range, a specific foreman, and which jobs to export from. HeavyJob even allows you to specify which non-use codes to bring over from your time cards.

Before the export file is created, all the information being sent over is displayed for one final review.
