HeavyBid offers extensive documentation for all of its features and different scenarios you might encounter.

The getting started guide is a great reference for the new user who needs an overview of the product.

There are also help videos embedded in HeavyBid that give helpful how-to demonstrations on various product features.

Additionally, There is an easy to follow tutorial, which will give you a step by step walkthrough of creating an estimate from start to finish in HeavyBid.

One of the most powerful help features of HeavyBid, however, is the help menu. There is extensive explanation of each screen of the program and real life examples to help clarify concepts. This wealth of information may be accessed by simply pressing the F1 key on your keyboard while viewing the screen you need help with. The HeavyBid Help screen will open and display information relating to the section of the program you currently have open.
