Getting Up and Running

Getting started with HeavyBid could not be easier. From installation to bidding your first estimate, HCSS provides you with every possible resource you could need.

Installation requires very little configuration and can be done by virtually anyone. Our standalone install can be done in 5 minutes and requires no computer expertise or long phone calls to IT. A network install can be a little more complicated, but we have a tech support staff that can walk even non-technical users through the process easily.

Once HeavyBid is installed, training can be purchased that will teach you the software and help setup all of your data. A typical customer with 5 or fewer estimators will be up and running in 3 days.

Our 24/7 Instant Support  is available any time you have a question or problem. We even provide you with a support card that has personal numbers of all support managers and our company president.

Within HeavyBid, there is endless documentation on how to use the software. In addition to a getting started guide and an extensive help menu, HeavyBid includes embedded help videos and a product tutorial.
