HeavyBid works hand in hand with Microsoft Excel. Setting up equipment lists, importing biditems, and exporting reports are all simple and user friendly with HeavyBid’s seamless interface with Excel.

There is an easy to use interface for both importing from and exporting to Excel. Simply select what database information you want to send out or bring in, set the columns for only the data you need, and with a click of a button your information has been exported from HeavyBid to Excel, or pulled in to HeavyBid to help build your estimate.

HeavyBid can import from Excel rate table updates, bid item lists, quotes and virtually anything else.

It’s even easier to interface with Excel with the right click to Excel option. From virtually any area of HeavyBid you can send the information you are viewing directly to Excel. This information can be manipulated and imported back into the program.
