Equipment Operating Expense (EOE) factors can be changed and HeavyBid can display the differences in the total equipment rate, EOE, and estimate total.

After making changes in the equipment factor screen, we can see that a $.50 drop in Diesel fuel makes a $10,000 difference across the bid showing why you need to be utilizing this detailed tool.
