	$2,200 per day by a real estimator and includes all expenses!
	A flight surcharge is possible if booked with less than 16 days notice or outside the U.S.

Our on-site training is one of the most valuable services HCSS offers. We send actual estimators with years of industry experience to help teach you everything you need to know to get started. Initial training of HeavyBid users will last 2-4 days depending on the size of the company and number of estimators. Training costs are upfront and include all travel and lodging expenses. While this extra cost may initially seem daunting, the value of the training itself is invaluable, and will easily pay for itself in increased productivity and understanding of the software.

With years of industry and HeavyBid experience, our trainers will show you the best practices for setting up and bidding different types of work as well as valuable time-saving techniques. It takes time to design estimating processes and learn techniques to fully utilize HeavyBid to estimate more efficiently. Our trainers make that step a breeze by limiting the frustration of learning by trial and error, and allow you to learn the system up to 10 times faster.

Some customers also take advantage of our follow up trainings that show many more advanced features that allow you to become a more efficient estimator. Common topics in these sessions include building activity codebooks, building library estimates, optimizing bid day procedures, handling quotes from suppliers, and conforming your bids to easily transition to accounting systems.
