No Cost Surprises

With HCSS, you will never encounter extra, superfluous costs that you may encounter with other software vendors. All costs are clearly defined from the beginning of the sales process. Costs to consider include initial costs, ongoing costs, and optional costs.

Other than the purchase of the actual software, initial costs may include hardware purchases, training, custom interfaces, and custom programming. The hardware requirements are very low for HeavyBid, and virtually any computer built in the last five years will be able to run the software quickly, so hardware upgrades are typically minimal. Training is an upfront cost with all expenses included and can be held in our office in Houston, Texas as well as on site at your office.

Some ongoing costs that can be incurred are the yearly maintenance fee, which grants access to our 24 hour instant support and software updates, additional user licenses, and costs to attend advanced trainings or our annual user’s group meeting.

Other optional costs can include custom programming or reports at minimal cost, and upgrading to higher versions of HeavyBid.
