Annual Maintenance

HeavyBid maintenance is a fantastic value for the customer. We feel that the depth of service that HCSS provides with its annual maintenance far outweighs that of our competitors. We also pride ourselves on the low cost of our annual maintenance relative to other estimating software.

• The maximum cost of HeavyBid maintenance is 20% of the current list price per year, including volume discounts.
• The first year of maintenance is free when you purchase the product, so maintenance costs do not apply until the second year.
• Maintenance is optional. We feel that we must earn your business on a year to year basis.
• We provide a Loyal Customer Discount for each year you are on maintenance. For up to 8 years, an additional 3% discount will be given on the regular maintenance fee every year. By the 8^th year, this amounts to a 24% discount on annual maintenance.
• We will not hold your data hostage. The software is yours to keep once it has been purchased. You are free to use the software and access any of your data if you are on maintenance or not.

Annual Maintenance Includes:

• 24/7 Instant Support, including a free 800 number to call during regular business hours.
• One major yearly update as well as quarterly updates that include feature enhancements and usability improvements.
• The latest D.O.T., accounting system, and other product interfaces in order to maintain integration between HeavyBid and other software.
• Access to myhcss.com which provides valuable product downloads, state codebooks, knowledge bases, and other important information.
• Membership in a large community of estimators, project managers, etc. who work for construction companies ahead of their peers in technology.
