Quick Reports

Lack of information leaves you in the dark, but an abundance of confusing information doesn’t help you much either. That’s why we provide Quick Reports. It’s a fast and easy way to view your collected data in the format that makes the most sense to you.

Start with the templates.

To get you started, we provide several Quick Report templates that contain popular types of analysis, like fuel and fluid consumption, fuel purchased, fuel dispensed, and fuel transferred. All you have to do is select a date range. Easy, right?

Design your own reports.

Let’s get a bit more advanced. With all the data that you can analyze in FuelerPlus, the possibilities are unlimited. So go ahead and move things around until it makes the most sense to you.

Start with a Quick Report template, and then customize it by adding, removing, and reorganizing columns. Once you’re satisified, simply save your custom Quick Report, and access it again at any time.

Filter, sort, and graph your data.

You may have all the fields you need in a report, but without the ability to filter and sort, it can be hard to fully analyze your data. Luckily, our Quick Reports allow you to do just that.

Filter and sort by any column for complete control over the granularity of your reporting. Whether you want to see the amount of fuel dispensed across your entire fleet, or fuel consumption for an individual equipment piece, Quick Reports make it easy to get the analysis you need.

And if you’re a visual person, you’ll love our graphing ability. Simply click and drag your mouse over a range of fields, and get an instant graph of the selected data!

Export and e-mail.

With all the cool analysis you can do in the system, we don’t want you to keep it all to yourself now. So we provide easy ways to share your Quick Reports and virtually any data grid in the system. Simply e-mail your data or export them to a variety of popular formats, including XLS/XLSX, PDF, HTML, HTM, RTF, CSV, TEXT, and IMAGE.
