Cycle Time Analysis reports allow you to view the time it takes for trucks to leave and return to work sites or mobile paving units.

Monitor the length of time each truck spent at a quarry, view when it arrived at a job site, and how long it remained at each job site. Also monitor when a vehicle arrived and left a mobile destination such as a paver.

The average amount of time the vehicle spent at each destination is automatically calculated for you. Use this information to help you reallocate inefficient trucks mid-day to increase productivity.

Calculate Equipment Utilization

Know instantly how many hours per day your equipment is actually being used.

The HCSS GPS system monitors when a piece of equipment is turned on and off and automatically calculates the number of hours your equipment is in use each day.

The equipment's utilization percent for the entire week is also calculated. This information helps you determine if the equipment is truly needed at a particular location or if it would be better utilized somewhere else.

Automatically Update Meter Readings

Save time by not having to manually check or update the meter readings for your equipment. Let our GPS system do this for you.

The HCSS GPS system automatically tracks meter hours for each piece of equipment. These meter hours can easily be downloaded to update the meter readings in The Dispatcher for your entire fleet of equipment.

Coupled with The Dispatcher's maintenance capabilities, you will be automatically notified when a piece of equipment is due for preventative maintenance.
