HCSS Customers Honored with Constructech Vision Awards for Second Straight Year

Houston, TX August 29, 2005 -HCSS customers MCM Corp. of Miami, FL and Thelen Sand & Gravel, Inc. of Antioch, IL have been honored with Constructech Vision Awards for their innovative use of technology in construction. MCM received a "Gold" Award and Thelen Sand & Gravel received a "Silver" Award. Both companies were selected from the Heavy/Highway Division. This marks the second consecutive year an HCSS customer has received this honor, with M.J. Menefee Construction winning in 2004.

Winners were selected by an independent panel of judges. This panel included: Christian Burger of Burger Consulting Group; Brad Holtz, Joel Orr, and Randall Newton of Cyon Research; Lee Smither and Richard Reese of FMI; and Kristine Fallon of Kristine Fallon Associates, Inc. These men and women evaluated the entries based on what each company was able to accomplish by implementing technology solutions to resolve a critical business issue within its organization.
