Be responsible for preparation of project cost, equipment, manpower and work completion estimates on larger, more complex

You should be a self-motivated professional with at least 10 years of successful experience in the transportation

well as identify risk and constructability issues are important. A Bachelors degree in Construction Engineering or

Our Senior Estimators:
- Possess the ability to perform design build estimates, hard bid estimates and engineer's estimates.
- Have the ability to conceptually estimate large complex highway and structures projects
- Have the willingness to estimate work in any state and/or country

Scheduler
GENERAL
Ledcor Civil US requires a Scheduler for its Phoenix Offices. As the Scheduler you will be responsible for planning, developing and coordinating the scheduling program, including tracking issues and actioning items, analyzing data and providing reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implements project scheduling standards and procedures
- Monitors compliance and initiates corrective measures as necessary
- Prepares and distributes the schedule including any required updates
- Contributes to the development of working schedules for Estimating, as required

Job Requirements and Description:
As part of our growth we are seeking an aggressive person as a Bid Estimator with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in the New York City area. Performing comprehensive takeoffs, formulating labor, equipment, material and or subcontractor pricing are essential. Once projects are awarded then it requires putting together a schedule, buying out the job, making purchase orders, and coordinating deliveries with the Superintendent. Knowledge of HCSS HeavyBid, Construction Link Estimating Software, Earthworks, Primavera P3 and working with Digitizers are all a Plus. Must have excellent organizational skills.
